RCS operates a fleet of spinning disc and weigh cell spreaders, ensuring precise and efficient application of organic manures, including biosolids. All spreading operations are supported by GPS-guided tractors to deliver accurate coverage and meet Controlled Traffic Farming (CTF) standards, with spreading widths of up to 24 metres.

Our spreaders are loaded using either 360° excavators or loading shovels, depending on site requirements.

RCS also manages all spreading activities carried out by our network of approved contractors. We ensure that each contractor is equipped with the correct, calibrated machinery and is fully compliant with relevant regulations and permit conditions.

The use of spinning disc and weigh cell spreaders is essential when applying biosolids, as they provide a uniform spread and consistent nutrient distribution across the field.

To support consistent quality and compliance, all approved contractors are provided with a dedicated mobile application. This ensures they have real-time access to job-specific information, enabling them to carry out work efficiently and to the highest standard.
