Field Operations Manager

Dave joined our Sales team in 2021, bringing a blend of financial expertise and practical agricultural knowledge. In more recent years Dave oversees the harvest operations, in conjunction with Chris. With a five-year background in finance and many years experience working on a large local estate since the age of 18, Dave understands both the business and operational aspects of our industry.

As of January 2026, Dave has taken on a leadership role as Field Operations Manager, where he oversees the sales, sampling, and stockpiling teams. In this position, he continues to strengthen communication and improve efficiencies across the wider field operations team.
