Field Operations Manager
Dave joined our Sales team in 2021, bringing a blend of financial expertise and practical agricultural knowledge. With a background in finance and many years of experience working on a large local estate since the age of 18, he has a strong understanding of both the commercial and operational aspects of the industry.
In more recent years Dave oversees the harvest operations.
In January 2026, Dave took on the leadership role of Field Operations Manager, where he oversees the Sales, Sampling, and Stockpiling teams. In this position, he continues to strengthen communication, drive collaboration, and improve efficiencies across the wider Field Operations team
