Emma Marsland

Emma has 17 years’ experience in the Biosolids and Fertiliser Industry (at YARA UK & Anglian Water Services), since leaving university.
Emma joined RCS in 2012 as Contract Manager for Yorkshire Water to develop the new YWS contract and lead the sales team, before being appointed as a Director in 2018 and became joint majority shareholder in 2020.
Her role covers the day to day running of the YorGrow contract, sales, compliance, health and safety, HR, SHEQ, marketing and Land Reclamation.
