Matt has over 30 years of experience across transport, heavy plant, engineering, and commercial marine operations. As Training Manager, he leads the delivery of training, compliance, and competency programmes, helping to develop safe, skilled, and confident operators.
A qualified NPORS Trainer and Assessor, RTITB LGV Fleet Instructor, and IOSH Managing Safely professional, Matthew has trained operators across a wide range of HGV and plant equipment, supporting major projects within the water and biosolids sectors.
His background as an HGV technician, workshop supervisor, commercial fishing skipper, and business owner gives him valuable hands-on industry experience and a practical approach to training and development.
