Sophie Appleyard

Sophie joined RCS in March 2018 as a Sales and Marketing Administrator having previously worked in the potato industry, after graduating from Harper Adams University in September 2016 with a BSc Honours in Food and Consumer Studies.
Sophies role has grown and she is involved with many aspects of the business; inlcuding assisting the transport department and harvest team.
In her spare time, Sophie enjoys horse racing, shooting, socialsing with friends and walking her border terrier Ethel.
