Tom Phipps
Area Manager - Lime
Tom graduated from the Royal Agricultural University last year with a degree in Agri-Business, where he developed his understanding of both the practical and commercial sides of agriculture, from farm management and finance to the wider agricultural industry.
He’s no stranger to RCS, having worked with the team on and off through harvest for the past three years. Tom has also taken his interest in agriculture overseas, working and travelling across Australia, America and Canada. Along the way, he gained first-hand experience of farming on a much larger scale — and had the chance to work with some seriously impressive machinery.
Away from work, Tom is a keen skier, enjoys socialising with friends and spending time with his two black Labradors.
